Frequently Asked Questions

  • I paint with high quality, water-based acrylics paint on a pre-stretched canvas. The paint is quick drying, allowing for easy cleanup and transportation after an event.

  • I am based in Houston, Texas and travel throughout the country and internationally. Events more than 50 miles from Houston, Texas will incur additional transportation costs including gas or possibly airfare. Travel costs will be included in your proposal and will include accommodations, airfare, and rental car costs if necessary. 

    Local events (Within Houston, TX) do not require travel compensation.

  • Yes! This is the option I encourage if I am not available to paint live at your event.

  • Of course! You can add up to 6 people to your painting depending on the size of the canvas/package chosen. We will discuss this list ahead of time, and you can assign someone (a wedding planner etc.) to point out the guests during the event. I can also add people during the studio time after the live painting.

  • I will arrive 2-3 hours before your event to set up and start painting the background. I typically paint for 4-6 hours on-site and paint through the event as entertainment for you and your guests.

  • After the event, I will take your painting back to the studio for additional touch-ups and varnishing. Once complete, I will contact you to set up a delivery and delivery fees will be included in the proposal. It should take around 6-8 weeks for your painting to be complete and delivered to your doorstep!

  • I require a 50% deposit upfront to secure your date. The remaining balance isn’t due until the week before your wedding. Inquire below to see if I am available for your date!
